How to create and edit waypoints ?

A waypoint is a particular location marked on the map. By default, they are only represented by a small purple circle, but they can be named and have different colors or icons.

• Click on the “Landmarks” menu and select the “Create a Landmark” item ;
• Under the “Local landmarks” category, you can have a look at the current local folder in which will be saved the waypoint;
• Select “Waypoint” ;
• If desired, enter a name in the text field , and change other properties;
• Click on the “Ok” button .

The waypoint is then saved and displayed on the map (see below).

At any time, you can edit all properties of existing waypoints:

• Click on a displayed waypoint and select it in the selection box ;
• In the contextual menu, select the desired action, like:
  • “Edit details” to edit all properties;
  • “Edit color” to quickly change it's color;
  • “Delete” to delete it from the memory;
  • “Remove” to remove it from the map (the waypoint is not deleted).
