Hi again. Testing this setting map.canvas.long_press.zoom_in_scale_offset=1
Values 2 and 3 seem not working on my device.

Re: [done] Magnifier bubble floating
Hi Alex,
The values depends of your current settings.
If you open the application preferences, go in "Map display resolution", see what value is selected. When long pressing, the application will choose (by default) the next value in the list. I you set the user setting to "+2", the application will choose the next next value, but only if you have one available, otherwise it will choose the maximum value in the list.
So if you case it seems you've only 1 value after your current selected screen resolution.
Let me now if it's not clear

Re: [done] Magnifier bubble floating
Hello,
and thanks again for this useful feature.
After using it for some times, i've found that the menu/Preferences/Map press/Zoom in/ is not adapted because possibility now to have a "zoom in" or "zoom out" with a "User setting".
So i think that it should be good to get in the menu the possibility to switch between "zoom in" or "zoom out" and to have an other User setting for set also the zoom out level.
In fact, it should be very useful to get a double choice in menu because "zoom in" or zoom out" when map is pressed could depend of activities … and outdoor it's not really comfortable to change User settings values …
Hope i'm enough clear !
Regards,
Sam

Re: [done] Magnifier bubble floating
I've added a "Zoom out" option.
So now you have those two user settings:

Do it mean that in next version, we'll get a double option (zoom in an out) for zoom when map pressed ? If yes … Great !Psyberia-Support wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 5:37 pm I've added a "Zoom out" option.

Re: [done] Magnifier bubble floating
Zoom in and out when map is pressed works but seems changing their values in user settings have no effect (always about x2)

Re: [done] Magnifier bubble floating
I'll check that.
Edit: checked, for me it's working as expected.
As a reminder, here are the user settings:
And you only choose offsets that are withing the range of the option available in the app settings -> Map display resolution.
For example, if you have already selected the maximum display resolution, you cannot "zoom out" at all.

Re: [done] Magnifier bubble floating
After some days using this new feature, I can say it works perfectly ... Great !
Zoom long press in/out on map combined with zoom buttons +/- short/long press and with double taps (layers) on map, are covering all what I expected !
Thanks again.
